Refund policy
At Dawn Matcha, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we offer. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final on Consumable Goods
Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened matcha products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Pre-Orders
Products purchased as pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once an order is placed. If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated ship window communicated at the time of purchase, we will contact you with updated timing. In rare cases of extended delays, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are charged and processed automatically based on the schedule you select. You may pause, skip, or cancel future subscription orders at any time through your customer account or via the link provided in your order confirmation email. Changes must be made before the next billing date. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dawnmatcha.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Dawn Matcha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, packages refused due to unpaid duties, or shipments seized or returned due to local import regulations. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
