Pre-Orders

  • You are reserving inventory that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

  • All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.

Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page. If there is a significant delay beyond the stated timeframe, you will be notified and given the option to receive a refund.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
