Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
United States
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $65.
International Shipping (CA only)
International shipping typically takes 12-14 business days.
Free shipping is available on international orders over $175.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to change the address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it - additional shipping fees apply.
Lost / Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please first check with neighbours or your local carrier office.
- If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We will do our best to support.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
