The 3-minute ritual:

• Sift 1.5–2 tsp into your bowl or mug to prevent clumping
• Add ~60ml hot water — not boiling, ideally 175°F (let it sit 2 minutes from boil)
• Whisk in a W-motion for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy
• Enjoy as is — Morning Mist is sweet enough to drink straight, every single time

30g yields ~15 servings. 90g yields ~45 servings. No fancy tools needed — a standard bamboo whisk or electric frother works perfectly.

Our matcha comes from a single family farm in Shizuoka, Japan — a UNESCO-recognized Globally Important Agricultural Heritage site. The farm has been growing tea since 1902 and has won the Minister of Agriculture Award 16 times — the highest recognition in Japanese tea farming.

Every batch is independently tested by SGS Institut Fresenius — one of the most rigorous testing labs in the world. Result: zero pesticide residues detected across 600+ substances screened. Negative for E. coli and Salmonella. Clean across the board.

Morning Mist is a once-per-year harvest product — we source a specific allocation from our farm in Shizuoka each spring and sell until it's gone. There is no mid-year restock.
