The everyday cup:

• Sift 1–2 tsp of Emerald or Morning Mist into your bowl to prevent clumping
• Whisk with about 60ml of 175°F water (not boiling) in a W-motion until smooth and frothy
• Pour and drink as is, or top with hot or cold water or your milk of choice

Strawberry Fields runs a little different — use 3 tsp per cup, since you're measuring matcha and strawberry together, and it's lovely poured over ice.

A standard bamboo whisk or electric frother works perfectly for all three.

The farm has been growing tea since 1902 and has won the Minister of Agriculture Award 16 times, the highest recognition in Japanese tea farming. Every batch is independently tested by SGS Institut Fresenius: zero pesticide residues across 600+ substances screened, and negative for E. coli and Salmonella.

The strawberry (in Strawberry Fields) is a single ingredient — organic strawberry, cold-pressed and freeze-dried to keep the flavor and color intact. Certified organic by CCOF, non-GMO, and vegan, with 0g of added sugars on its panel.
