• Sift 1 tsp into your bowl to prevent clumping (1.5 to 2 tsp if you like it stronger)
• Whisk with about 60ml of 175°F water (not boiling) in a W-motion until smooth and frothy
• Pour and drink as is, or top with hot or cold water or your milk of choice

Vanilla Bean makes a lovely latte. Whisk it the same way, then top with warm pistachio or oat milk and a little maple syrup if you like it sweeter.

A standard bamboo whisk or electric frother works perfectly for all three.

The vanilla (in Vanilla Bean) is USDA Organic Madagascar vanilla: whole Grade A beans ground fine, never the spent beans left over from making extract. It naturally contains vanillin, an antioxidant, and has a warm, calming aroma.
